Gina Luna is a veteran board member, investor, and civic leader. She is a recognized leader with invaluable business insight in each of these arenas. She is a Managing Partner of Genesis Park, a private credit/equity fund focused on lower middle-market companies. She is a member of the Management and Investment Committees.

Gina was elected in December 2020 to the board of Roku, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU), where she serves on the Audit Committee. Roku is a pioneer in streaming TV to consumers in the US and select countries. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Houston Trust Company, the largest private, independent trust company in Texas, Complete Intelligence, a privately held, globally integrated forecasting platform powered by AI, and several Genesis Park portfolio companies.

In 2016, Gina founded Luna Strategies to advise companies and their leaders on complex strategic issues and growth initiatives. As CEO, she built a reputation as a trusted advisor to client CEOs and a partner to a broad spectrum of business owners, boards, and management teams to deliver solutions and drive results.

From 2009 to 2016, Mrs. Luna held senior executive roles with JPMorgan Chase. She served as Chairman of the Houston Market and Managing Director of Chase Commercial Banking. During her 22–year career, she was progressively promoted from management and business development roles to Chief Operating Officer for the regional Commercial and Investment Banking businesses, and to Chief Marketing Officer of the national Commercial Banking business, before assuming the Chairman role. She ran a $150+M revenue business, managed sizable teams, led marketing and communications, talent development, risk management, and strategic planning.

As a dynamic, committed business leader, Mrs. Luna continues to be actively involved in supporting the community in which she lives. She also serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Texas A&M Foundation, and Vice Chairman of The Welch Foundation. Gina served two terms as a member of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Houston Branch. She was elected Chairman of the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP) in 2015 and served as Chair of the nationally acclaimed workforce initiative, UpSkill Houston, from 2013 to 2017. She continues her service on the GHP board, Executive and Nominating Committees.
